3. GenCoin Virtual Currency

The Service uses a virtual currency called "GenCoins" to generate designs and access certain features.

• GenCoins are purchased through our authorized payment providers. They do not have any monetary value outside of the Auria platform and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All purchases of GenCoins are final and non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to change the pricing and availability of GenCoins at our discretion.

4. User-Generated Content and Ownership

Our Service allows you to generate unique earring designs ("Generated Content") based on your inputs.

• Your Ownership: You own the rights to the specific Generated Content you create. You are free to use your Generated Content for personal or commercial purposes, including printing, selling, or distributing the designs.
• Our License: To operate and provide the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content you create, solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the inputs you provide and for ensuring they do not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights or trademarks.

5. 3D Modeling Service

You may use GenCoins to request a 3D model of your Generated Content. The output will be delivered in standard file formats (such as STL or OBJ). You own the rights to the 3D model file you receive and can use it for any purpose.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service.
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyond Web Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.
